About Me
Leadership is rarely limited by capability. It is more often constrained by the space leaders have to think.
My work centres on creating that space — supporting thoughtful, rigorous reflection in the midst of real responsibility. It allows leaders to slow down, notice what is truly unfolding, and respond with greater clarity and steadiness.
Our work explores the deeper dimensions of leadership: presence, judgement, and how leaders remain anchored in their values as expectations intensify.
Background and experience
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring experience from senior roles at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and governance.
I have worked closely with executive teams and boards through periods of growth, transition, and increased scrutiny — where strategic decisions, organisational culture, and ethical considerations are closely intertwined.
My background spans executive leadership, investment and strategy, and trustee and board roles. I understand the realities of leading within complex systems: delivering results while stewarding culture, managing risk while sustaining ambition, and remaining clear-headed when accountability intensifies.
This experience informs my coaching. It grounds the work in real organisational contexts, while keeping the space firmly reflective rather than advisory.

Professional grounding
I hold the Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and am accredited through the AoEC.

I work in line with the ICF Code of Ethics, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, psychological safety, and disciplined reflective practice.
