Neha Mahendru Leadership Coaching
Neha Mahendru Leadership Coaching
My coaching approach
Leadership is demanding. The work often expands faster than the space available to think.
Coaching offers that space.
My approach is relational, reflective, and practical. I work as a thinking partner rather than an expert with answers, creating a grounded, confidential environment to step back from immediate pressures and examine what truly matters — in your judgement, your presence, and how you are leading.
The Aligned Self Model
The work draws on executive coaching, somatic and embodied awareness, systems thinking. It is trauma-sensitive and ethically grounded practice. We pay attention not only to cognition, but also to the signals carried in the body, emotions, and context.
I call this approach The Aligned Self Model — supporting leaders to act from a place where values, responsibility, and presence are aligned.
Understanding Scale and Accountability
Having held executive responsibility and worked closely with leaders navigating growth, scrutiny, and change, I understand the realities of scale.
The work is paced and respectful, while inviting honest and rigorous reflection. It is not about advice or quick fixes, but about strengthening judgement, steadiness, and leadership capacity over time.

Susannah Hardyman,
CEO, Impetus
I started the coaching sessions with Neha like a stroppy teenager, incredibly closed off and resistant to change. But after one particular session where self-awareness kicked in and I decided to give it a go, I realised why coaching is such a privilege. Neha's gentle yet direct approach worked for me - I felt safe enough to be honest, to be challenged and then to bring change into my life, both professionally and personally. I could not recommend Neha enough. But, don't do it half-heartedly, you'll miss out. You have to give it a real chance, and when you do that, I promise, you won't regret it.

"Working with Neha has been genuinely transformational for me, both in developing my leadership style and in clarifying my career journey. Each session felt thoughtful and intentional, Neha challenged me in a way that was supportive, grounding, and deeply encouraging. I consistently left our conversations feeling calmer, more centered, and clearer in my thinking, with a renewed sense of confidence and belief in myself. Neha helped me untangle complex thoughts, reconnect with what matters to me professionally and personally, and turn insight into action. As a result, I’m actively working on clear priorities, being more intentional in how I show up (for others and myself), and taking purposeful steps towards my next career phase. The coaching has left me feeling empowered, anchored, and equipped with a direction that truly feels like my own"
